Prabhmeet provides 1-2-1 psycho-spiritual therapy sessions, where he works together with you to explore your personal challenges and unlock your full potential. As a Certified Coach, Prabhmeet brings a holistic approach that combines goal-setting with emotional growth, ensuring that your personal and professional development aligns with your inner values and purpose.

For those looking to deepen their practice, Prabhmeet runs an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course. This structured program is designed to reduce stress, increase resilience, and foster a deeper sense of mindfulness and presence in daily life. Offered in Groups of up to six people therefore allowing the power of ‘sangat’ or socialising ideas to drive individual change.

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Transpersonal Psychology with a focus on Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
  • Certified Professional Coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council
  • Mental Health First Aider (MHFA England)
